New

Hey Cromojers,

We've been heads-down for months on this one, and today we finally get to share it. Three brand-new features are landing on CROMOJO this week, and honestly, we can't wait for you to get your hands on them.

πŸ“Š Next-generation Web Analytics, now fully cookie-free

We rebuilt Analytics from the ground up on our own infrastructure. It's faster, it's 100% cookie-free, and it respects your visitors' privacy automatically (Do-Not-Track included). Cleaner data, zero cookie banners, no compromises.

πŸ’° Revenue Attribution, see what actually makes you money

This is the one we're most excited about. Connect Stripe and Shopify, and CROMOJO shows you exactly which pages and sources drive real revenue, with no cookies and no direct customer data stored. Finally, an answer to "which traffic is actually worth it?"

⚑ Page Performance, find what's slowing you down

Page load speed, Core Web Vitals and on-demand scans, all in one place, so you can spot and fix what's costing you visitors.

A quick word on your Analytics

As part of this, we're moving Analytics onto our new in-house engine, and we're making the switch as easy as possible:

  • For a full month, the old and new versions run side by side, so you can explore the new dashboard with zero pressure and switch when you're ready.

  • When you're set, just drop in the new tracking script [Quick install guide]. It takes a couple of minutes. Your current setup keeps running until then.

  • Want to keep your past data? Your history is fully exportable anytime.

And the best part, pricing

Yes, there's new pricing with this release. But here's the good news: you keep your current rate, and it's the better deal. New pricing only kicks in if you add a brand-new module.

Go play with the new features. We'd genuinely love to hear what you think, so just hit reply.

This release improves both the setup experience and day-to-day indexing management for Bing and IndexNow.

Product changes

  • Simplified Bing onboarding

    • Users can connect Bing Webmaster Tools from Site Settings.

    • The OAuth flow returns users to the relevant site context.

  • Automatic Bing verification attempt

    • After Bing OAuth success, Cromojo attempts to add/verify the site automatically when possible.

    • This reduces manual verification friction and helps users reach an active state faster.

  • Clearer integration states

    • Bing status is now surfaced in the UI as Not Connected, Not Verified, or Active.

    • Users get clearer guidance on what action is needed next.

  • Expanded Bing indexing UX

    • Added a dedicated Bing indexing overview with URL-level visibility and actions.

    • Added a dedicated sitemaps management view (submit/delete + status monitoring).

  • IndexNow settings improvements

    • IndexNow setup, verification, and enable/disable controls are integrated into settings.

    • Auto-index behavior is configurable with validation around prerequisites.

User impact

Users should see a noticeably smoother Bing setup, clearer integration status, and stronger control over indexing actions, while IndexNow setup and automation are now easier to configure and verify.

Important

Users currently using the Bing API will need to connect to the new Bing OAuth and IndexNow.

Improved

Hey CromojersπŸ‘‹

We've completely redesigned how you add websites to Cromojo.

Instead of pulling everything from Google Search Console automatically, you now follow a simple, step-by-step flow to add exactly the websites you want. It's faster, cleaner, and gives you more control.

What's changed:

Your dashboard now only shows your active websites β€” no more clutter from sites you're not tracking. If you need to find an old one, just hit the Show Inactive tab.

This new setup also lays the groundwork for some exciting features we've got coming next.

No action needed β€” your currently tracked websites are right where you left them.

Fixed

Hey Cromojers πŸ‘‹

We've made an improvement to how you receive email notifications for newly indexed pages.

Previously, indexed page notifications were sent to a hardcoded or default address. Now, the system is smarter β€” it automatically uses the email address associated with your site's account, while still allowing a custom email to be specified when needed.

What's changed:

Notification emails for newly indexed pages will now correctly reach the right inbox by default, pulling directly from your account settings. If you've set up a custom notification email, that will still be respected.

No action needed β€” your indexed page alerts will continue to arrive as expected, just more reliably routed than before.

Fixed

Hey Cromojers πŸ‘‹

We've fixed an issue with how manually submitted URLs are processed when marked as priority.

Previously, priority pages could be skipped or treated inconsistently during indexing β€” particularly for sites without auto-indexing enabled. Now, priority pages are always included and processed first, for both Google and Bing, regardless of whether they've already been submitted.

What's changed:

Priority pages marked for Google or Bing will now always be queued for indexing, even if a previous submission exists. They'll also always jump to the front of the line when daily quota limits are in play, so your most important pages get indexed first.

No action needed β€” if you've marked pages as priority, they'll now be handled correctly without any extra steps on your end.

New

Hey everyone,

Big news - we’re changing our name! URLMonitor is now Cromojo.

The name URLMonitor boxed us in. It was clear, but it was also limiting.

We don’t just want to monitor URLs. Our vision is much bigger. We want to be your website growth companion - a tool that helps you grow traffic, avoid risks, and unlock insights that matter. That’s what Cromojo stands for.

Why Cromojo?

Cromojo is about growth with energy. The β€œcro” hints at the web and growth (think crawling, chrome, conversion), and the β€œmojo” is that spark - the power that helps your website run on autopilot while staying healthy and discoverable.

With this shift, we’re moving from being a guard dog to being a true partner for your website. Not just catching errors, but helping you grow with confidence.

What’s coming next

This isn’t just a name change. It’s a new chapter. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s ahead:

  • A brand new UI – Available now, we’re rolling out a fresh design that makes the whole platform smoother, more intuitive, and easier to use. Better UX, faster navigation, and a cleaner dashboard.

  • Enhanced indexing features – Coming shortly after: More controls, more settings, and richer data to ensure your pages are properly indexed and discoverable.

  • Powerful analytics – Soon you’ll get a new data analytics suite that combines Search Console data with your website analytics. This means deeper insights, clearer patterns, and smarter decisions about how to grow traffic.

  • All of this is built on the foundation you already trust: reliable monitoring and indexing that catches risks before they hurt.

The journey ahead

Rebranding to Cromojo is more than a new logo or a new name. It’s a commitment to building the best all-in-one growth companion for your website.

The best indexing tool on the market.

Monitoring that gives you peace of mind.

Analytics that turn raw data into growth opportunities.

We’re here so you never have to worry about errors, downtime, or lost opportunities again.

Thank you for being part of this journey so far. I couldn’t be more excited about where we’re headed, and I’m thrilled to have you with us as we step into this next phase.

Welcome to Cromojo.

Philippe - CEO of Cromojo
